My first guy in my new style, plus it's sporting my (mayhaps?) new sig/watermark. I know he looks a bit female, but I draw so many female's it's hard to deviate from it. Plus this gives you something to <3 on for a while.

Poe gives his <3 to the fangirls, mostly to Fangirl #1

Hey! if you like Cerberus puppies and demonic mice, check out my web comic with The first mccloud :3 [link]
:P I thought you were number one from the getgo...or was that someone else....I keep forgetting. I know it was someone I met on DA. I'm glad you like him. I spent a long time debating if I should cut his hair or not, mostly to let people know that he is indeed a man. :D And he appreciates your huggles. :D
Oh! Thank you very much. It's all pencil lines, I didn't want to ruin it by inking it. And the hair... Please don't ask me how I did it..I have NO idea.
Nice! I particularly like the color of the hair and the nose. :3

Thanks! Now if only I can get him to look less like a girl..:D
curses! I could have used the pointes.
Ah, alright, alright. :P It was actually a haphazard thing. I pretty much filled in his hair as I use to color it (I use Adobe.) and then I took a lighter version of the same color (with a bit of orange in there) and used a 3pt sized brush(Using a tablet definately helps here) and then I just drew alot of smaller lines where the hair would fall. Not too many, but enough to give an idea what's going on. I did the same thing with an even smaller brush and a lighter color. I then took my blending brush (with like a 20% pressure and smoothed out the lines to where they weren't too harsh, but you chould see them.

After that, (for the shinies) I took a large soft-edged airbrush with white, and then shot down the flow and the pressure to 20/30% respectively. Then I did the first layer of the shinies. I went to a smaller brush, a bit more pressure, and did another path down the center of the shines. I repeated this a few times.

It's hard to discribe really...If I get around to it, I'll try and do a tutorial.
Nope. I'm pretty sure that was a very good description, I mean, I understood it at least! Thanks for the pointers! ::takes notes::
